On your arrival to Cairo you will stop on the plateau of Giza, you will marvel at the view of Egypt’s magnificent Pyramids; the only remaining wonder of the ancient world. After the guide's briefing you will get free time to explore the place and take photos under the foot of the Great pyramid, you will also witness the magic and mystique of the remarkable Sphinx; which was discovered in 1912 carved from a single piece of stone.
It is a lion with a portrait of a Pharaoh's head. Then a time for Lunch and souvenir shopping, followed by a visit to the Egyptian Museum that holds the world's greatest collection of Egypt's monuments including the Child King "Tutankhamun" elaborate sarcophagus, examples of treasures buried with the pharaohs, and the optional visit to the Mummies Room.
